My Story

I have been in the corporate field for nearly 15 years, changing industries 5 times. I have always loved a challenge, and figuring out the hiring process within the Fortune 500 companies. There was a time where a person could walk into a company, hand in their resume, interview with the CEO, and get hired that same day. Now, the average person submits 1,800 resumes over a year and a half time before landing a job. The AI revolution has transformed the job hiring market, this has made it simpler for employers and incredibly difficult for the candidate.

I cracked the code though! I set out to figure out what resumes would get accepted, which ones would not. How to format a resume when I wanted to change careers, and how to interview to get a job offer over 90% of the time. This knowledge empowered me, and now I want to help others find their dream job and empower others.
